Location: Town of Islip
Retro Fitness is seeking a high-energy Fitness Sales Manager to drive Personal Training revenue on the club floor. You’ll run Welcome Workouts, convert new members, and guide them into the right programs while meeting monthly PT revenue goals.
You’ll manage follow-up, sell PT packages and supplements, and maintain strong member relationships. This is a sales-first role requiring evening/weekend availability and a coachable attitude.
