Account Executive

You’ll own the conversation from the first useful introduction to a decision to work together. That means understanding the company, finding out what needs to change and helping the team see whether Sentrion is a good fit. We want customers to know what they’re buying and why it matters to them.

• Find companies where Sentrion could help and start conversations with a clear reason for reaching out.
• Lead discovery and product conversations around what the customer is trying to achieve.
• Guide opportunities through evaluation, commercial discussions and closing.
• Keep track of who is involved in a decision, what they need to know and what should happen next.
• Give the team delivering the work a clear picture of the customer’s expectations and what we’ve agreed.

• You’ve helped businesses evaluate and buy software, including working through a buying decision.
• You ask questions that get beyond the first answer and help you understand what matters to someone.
• You’re comfortable learning a technical product and explaining it in terms a customer can use.
• You follow up carefully and can manage several conversations without losing the context of each one.
