We are seeking an experienced Area Business Director to drive aesthetic laser capital equipment sales, develop new business, and mentor sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and leading high-performing sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive territory sales growth and achieve seven-figure annual sales quotas.
- Lead, mentor, and coach Area Sales Managers and Territory Managers.
- Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and physician relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
- Build relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic medical practices.
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting through Salesforce CRM.
- 3–5+ years of successful aesthetic laser capital equipment sales experience.
- Currently working for a direct competitor in the aesthetic laser industry.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Sales awards such as President's Club, Top Sales Representative, or similar recognition strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or sales coaching experience.
- Strong cold-calling, business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
