POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be responsible for monitoring, contacting, and following up with potential and existing customers through phone, internet leads, email, and dealership visits.

Responsibilities include:

Following up and maintaining relationships with former customers
Monitoring and contacting internet leads
Determining customer vehicle needs through active listening
Following established call and email scripts
Setting, confirming, and following up on sales and service appointments
Conducting customer surveys and follow-up calls
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
Performing other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or GED
Previous BDC or call center experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to establish rapport and build lasting customer relationships
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Basic computer proficiency
Verifiable work history

Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong English communication skills
Bilingual ability is a significant plus
