• Welcome customers and provide a professional, personalized showroom experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Land Rover vehicles.
• Present vehicle features, technology, performance, and available options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and existing customers.
• Develop new business through referrals, repeat customers, and dealership leads.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals.
• Maintain current knowledge of inventory, product features, and automotive market trends.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Motivated to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional buying experience.
• Ability to build trust and establish lasting customer relationships.
• Automotive sales experience is preferred; luxury automotive experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, subject to dealership requirements.
• Willingness to learn and stay current on Land Rover products and technology.
• CDK knowledge a plus!
