Senior Beauty Sales Executive

Horizon Beauty Group is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven beauty sales executive with deep relationships across the U.S. retail landscape and a proven track record of building and growing successful beauty businesses.

This is not a traditional sales position. We’re looking for a seasoned executive with an established, active network of retail buyers, merchants, and key decision-makers, and the ability to open doors and generate new business.

Our portfolio spans fragrance, skincare, licensed brands, proprietary brands, and private-label development. The ideal candidate knows how to identify the right brand and opportunity for each retailer, secure the meeting, make the pitch, close the business, and grow the account.

• Drive new wholesale revenue across specialty beauty, mass, drug, off-price, specialty retail, e-commerce, department stores, and emerging retail channels.
• Use established relationships with retail buyers, merchants, and senior decision-makers to create immediate new business opportunities.
• Open new retail accounts while expanding and strengthening existing partnerships.
• Present and sell fragrance, skincare, beauty, licensed brands, and private-label programs.
• Develop strategic, retailer-specific sales programs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
• Own the sales process from initial outreach and buyer presentation through negotiation, launch, and ongoing account growth.
• Identify whitespace opportunities, untapped retailers, alternative distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with leadership, marketing, product development, and operations to create programs designed to perform at retail.
• Stay current on the competitive beauty landscape, emerging brands, pricing, retail trends, and consumer behavior.
• Own sales goals, forecasting, pipeline development, and measurable revenue growth.

• 10+ years of proven sales experience in beauty, fragrance, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or a closely related category.
• A current, active, and meaningful network of retail buyer relationships. This is essential.
• A demonstrated history of opening new accounts and generating significant revenue.
• A strong understanding of how major retailers evaluate, buy, launch, and grow beauty brands.
• Experience working across multiple retail channels and price points.
• An entrepreneurial, competitive, resourceful, and highly self-motivated approach.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive salesperson who creates opportunities, pursues them, and closes them.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial beauty organization where performance and results matter.
