Salary range:$125,000 - $150,000

Purpose of Role:

To manage the Company’s Inside Sales department, including setting and achieving Sales Targets and KPIs. This is a strategic role that includes motivating and leading the Sales Team and ensuring Sales Reporting is conducted in a timely manner.

Core Responsibilities Outline:

Responsible for the KPIs of the Inside Sales team, including motivation for the team to hit those targets and adjusting where necessary
- Targets as shown by the weekly Sales PPT
- 30 Minute Response Time
- Phone Answering Speed
Work in conjunction with HR on the acquisition and training of new team members
- Training and onboarding will be your responsibility, HR will be available to assist as a resource
Creation of strategic quarterly sprints, designed to move the sales team forward,
that will be reviewed in the Leadership Weekly Business Review (W )
Development and implementation of an effective daily time zone
Database management
Sales Reporting including the weekly Sales PPT & Monthy Sales Reporting
Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team when necessary

Provide motivation and resources for your team to hit their KPIs
Work with HR & Management on any team member issues or concerns
Provide training for all sales procedures
Work in conjunction with Operations to resolve any logistical or operational customer issues
Daily leadership and management of Inside Sales Team
Any additional duties that fall into your role
