We need someone with healthcare sales, outreach, or client intake experience and an existing book of business or provider contacts across New York City. Your days are spent connecting families who need home care or infusion services with the clinical team that will look after them.

We build care around each client, from help with daily tasks to medication reminders.
Our team of healthcare professionals supports the client and the family through the whole process.
Connect with new clients who need home care or infusion services.
Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers and patient families.
Coordinate assessments and care plans with our clinical teams.
Track referral progress from first contact to start of care.
Check in on client satisfaction and keep your referral sources updated.
On-target earnings of $75,000 to $200,000 per year, commission based with referral bonuses.
