Sales Assistant

Licensed Wholesale company seeking an organized hard-working sales assistant to support growing business. We design, manufacture, and distribute licensed products to some of the biggest retailers across the globe. This position would be assisting accounts such as Walmart, Target, TJX, Five Below and more. Our licensing partners include Disney, Marvel, Paramount, Warner Brothers & more.

• Working closely with the lead Account Executive on all tasks needed to ensure orders are processed and shipped as planned.
• Maintain open order reports – work with production and logistics to ensure accurate timing and information
• Work with production to ensure all customer details are followed as requested and ordered in a timely fashion.
• Work closely with logistics to make sure all customer goods are delivered and routed as requested.
• Act as a liaison between customer and internal team to process and execute orders accurately
• Partner with licensing team to make sure all designs are approved for production
• Communicate accurate style information to customers for a seamless ordering process
• Utilize customer systems to share accurate information
• Review all orders for accuracy
• Communicate with logistics to ensure orders ship in a timely manner.
• Shipping PP and TOP samples to buyers.

• Must be a team player who is highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must be detail oriented and able to be thorough in reviewing your own work
• You should be hardworking, motivated and eager to take initiative
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a desire to improve processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Experience with an ERP system
• Experience with EDI preferred
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in wholesale or retail
