We build AI back offices for businesses. Our systems run operations and revenue workflows that most companies still do manually. This is not a strategy job. You are here to build outbound systems that generate real pipeline, write sequences people respond to, and move leads from cold to closed.

• Set up and manage the full outbound infrastructure: domains, warmup, deliverability and tooling.
• Build targeted lead lists using Apollo, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator or equivalent tools.
• Launch coordinated email, Linked In, SMS and cold‑calling sequences, then iterate from the data.
• Build nurture and account‑based programs that move warm leads without becoming noise.
• Keep the CRM clean, own conversion after the reply, and report weekly pipeline numbers.

• 4–5 years of hands‑on outbound and lead generation experience.
• US market experience and deep email outbound expertise.
• Strong Linked In outreach and nurture‑sequence experience.
• Daily fluency with Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Sales Navigator, GHL or similar.
• A track record owning a number: pipeline, meetings or converted leads.

• You see a gap in the pipeline and already know how to fill it.
• You are comfortable setting the pace without a manager standing over you.
• You want real ownership and direct reward for exceptional work.

• Have you set up domains, warmup and deliverability from scratch?
• Which GTM tools can you operate daily without guidance?
• What is the best reply rate you have achieved, and on which channel?
