King O’Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC in Smithtown, NY is seeking an Internet BDC representative for both part-time and full-time roles with a flexible schedule. You will interact with customers to identify their needs and opportunities for new/used vehicle sales, answer inbound calls, set appointments, and assist customers as necessary.
Daily outbound campaigns will set appointments for the Sales Department, and you will coordinate via phone, text and email while using the CRM.
