Sales Enablement Lead

Stuut is a company that provides an AI-powered platform to manage order-to-cash processes for large enterprises, including credit, collections, payments, and cash application. The organization has a growing sales team and is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to develop and execute training and onboarding programs for sales reps, ensuring they effectively communicate the product's value. The role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to align messaging and sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales enablement, with a proven track record of building or scaling enablement programs from scratch. They should be skilled in sales messaging, coaching, and call reviews, and capable of translating complex technical products into compelling narratives for sellers. The position requires working closely with sales leadership, product teams, and marketing, with a focus on continuous improvement and measurement of enablement success.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in either New York City or San Francisco, with a requirement to work in the office four days a week.
