Base Salary: $3,000/mo

OTE: $6,000 - $10,000 USD+

Prospects book directly onto your calendar from our proven Meta ad campaigns.

We boast a 75% show rate and a 90% qualified rate.

Receive daily coaching, ongoing training, and work inside a highly successful, proven system.

• Run scheduled sales calls over Google Meet using our pitch deck.
• Manage your full pipeline in Go High Level —from booked meeting to closed deal.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until they convert or close out.
• Own your numbers and your process end-to-end.
• Participate in daily team trainings and coaching sessions to constantly level up.

• 2+ years of proven closing experience:
  This is a non-negotiable requirement. We need closers, not appointment setters.
• Executive Presence:
  Confident, clear communicator who can hold a room and drive a call to a decision.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Experience managing a pipeline with a CRM (Go High Level  is a strong plus).
• Driven & Organized:
  Self-managed and disciplined with your follow-up and pipeline hygiene.
• Growth Mindset:
  Coachable, team-oriented, hungry, and committed to constant improvement.
