Business Development Representative PT

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated to identify and contact prospective employers who may benefit from advertising their job openings with our service. This role focuses on outreach by telephone and email to area businesses, and helping companies understand how our platform can support their hiring needs.

• Identify and research prospective employers within our regional market.
• Conduct outreach via phone & email to introduce our advertising services.
• Work through a sales database of past customers and prospects.
• Build relationships with HR managers, recruiters, and business owners.
• Assist new & established customers with ad ideas and placement.
• Educate potential customers on job posting packages, pricing, and value.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or customer outreach (preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending cold emails.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Above average communication skills both written and verbal.
