Land Rover Nyack is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and helping people find the right luxury vehicle, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a professional, personalized showroom experience.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Land Rover vehicles.

Present vehicle features, technology, performance, and available options.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Follow up with prospective buyers and existing customers.

Develop new business through referrals, repeat customers, and dealership leads.

Work collaboratively with the sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals.

Maintain current knowledge of inventory, product features, and automotive market trends.

Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

Motivated to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

Ability to build trust and establish lasting customer relationships.

Automotive sales experience is preferred; luxury automotive experience is a plus.

Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, subject to dealership requirements.

Willingness to learn and stay current on Land Rover products and technology.

CDK knowledge a plus!
