Sales Representative | Outbound & Inbound

We help people start and grow AI agencies. We’re hiring someone who wants to sharpen their outbound and inbound sales skills and become a well-rounded sales professional.

You’ll have access to 20,000+ leads and CRM records, alongside inbound appointments booked into your calendar. You’ll be expected to actively generate your own deals and close the opportunities coming in.

This is a role for someone who wants to prospect, follow up, close, take coaching, and get better at the full sales process.

• Generate deals through outbound calls, outreach, and consistent follow-up.
• Re-engage old enquiries, no-shows, and prospects who haven’t bought.
• Close inbound appointments booked into your calendar.
• Understand each prospect's goals, challenges, and fit for the programme.
• Own your pipeline from first contact through to payment.
• Keep accurate CRM records and clear next steps for every active deal.
• Review your calls, apply coaching, and improve your performance.

You must currently be based in the USA.

You have experience selling services, coaching, education, or similar offers. You can explain your results with real numbers and examples.

You’re confident closing inbound calls and willing to pick up the phone to create your own opportunities. You take responsibility for your pipeline, including when inbound bookings are quiet.

You listen well, ask good questions, and help prospects make informed decisions. You stay organised and follow up consistently.

You want to build a career in sales. You welcome direct feedback and put it into practice.

OTE: 7, USD per month.

Reaching this target requires consistent prospecting, follow-up, and closing performance. OTE is a target earnings range, not a guaranteed monthly income.

As you prove yourself in this role, there’s scope to progress into selling our higher-ticket offer and, longer term, B2B AI consulting.
