• Drive the Lot: Own the used car sales process from "hello" to the final signature.
• Leverage social media, local trends, and your own creative ideas to generate organic buzz and drive increased foot traffic to ourpre-owned lot.
• Coach & Collaborate: Help newer reps level up their pitch, handle buyer objections, and close deals.
• Match People with Vehicles: Skip the cheesy high-pressure routine
  -listen to what customers actually need and guide them to the right car.
• Show Off the Inventory: Run high-energy, sharp walkarounds and test drives that make buyers excited.
• Win as a Team: Work alongside management to set daily goals, track your numbers, and smash monthly targets.

• Experience: Real-world sales background (used cars or import brands is a big plus). Management or leadership experience is awesome, and ambition counts just as much.

  You actually like talking to humans, building real rapport, and negotiating like a pro.
• Tech & Math Ready: Comfortable using CRM tools, computers, and quick-math pricing on the fly.
• The Basics: Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.
