What You'll Do Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market outreach

Meet with prospective clients to understand hiring and workforce challenges

Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers

Develop staffing and recruitment solutions tailored to client needs

Partner with recruiting teams to deliver top talent and excellent service

Manage a sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue goals

What We're Looking For Sales interest and/or experience

Proven success meeting or exceeding goals

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office

What We Offer Base salary up to $75,000 + commission
