Jewelry E-Commerce Business Development Manager

The E-Commerce Business Development Manager will be entirely responsible for developing the company’s online business across various digital platforms. You will devise and implement a practical, agile online business strategy with the ultimate goal of driving sustainable revenue and scaling this new sector for the company.

• Strategy & Implementation:
  Devise, launch, and execute a comprehensive online business strategy across multiple digital platforms.
• Market Responsiveness:
  Monitor market developments and consumer trends closely, responding swiftly with actionable commercial tactics.

  Work hand-in-hand with our internal product development team to identify, select, and promote highly saleable items optimized for the online audience.
• Performance Optimization:
  Continuously monitor site performance, digital traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends; recommend and implement data-driven actions to maximize commercial results.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or online sales management.
• Industry Domain:
  Strong experience in jewelry, accessories, fashion, or a comparable high-touch product category is strongly preferred.
• Expertise:
  Extensive, up-to-date knowledge and practical experience navigating different digital commerce platforms.
• Work Style:
  Proven ability to work independently, efficiently, and proactively in an entrepreneurial environment to hit sales targets for a brand-new business sector.
