Junior Relationship Manager and Sales - Banks and Institutional Investors - Generative AI

Build relationships with banks and institutional investors while helping drive adoption of Scalata's AI-powered platform for credit and alternative investments.

Support business development, client success, and sales initiatives in a fast-growing fintech focused on generative AI and structured finance.

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, institutional investors, and financial services clients
• Promote Scalata's AI-powered financial platform and demonstrate its capabilities
• Support the sales process from prospecting through onboarding
• Provide personalized support to customers and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Communicate complex financial products and AI solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for workflow automation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client implementations and ongoing success
• Assist with business development initiatives within the credit and alternative investment markets

• 1-2 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or technology sales
• Experience in relationship management, customer success, or business development
• Understanding of financial markets and institutional investing
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex financial and AI solutions clearly
• Experience using data analysis and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
