• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your office's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals and strong business acumen.
• Ability to effectively relate to customers, a sales/service team, and communicate with the executive.
• Property & Casualty license, Life License also preferred but not necessary prior to employment.
