Founding Account Executive Go-to-Market Hybrid Go-to-Market

You will build Amber's sales motion from first principles, selling an operating system to founders and COOs who feel the pain daily and closing the brands that define our next chapter.

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound to close for mid-market consumer brands.
• Run discovery that maps operational pain to concrete AmberOS workflows.
• Deliver demos that feel like consulting sessions, not feature tours.
• Build the playbook (messaging, sequences, objection handling) as you go.
• Partner with onboarding so every closed deal becomes a reference story.

• Four or more years closing B2B SaaS deals, ideally operational or vertical software.
• Evidence of building pipeline yourself, not inheriting it.
• Ability to hold credible conversations about production, costing, and logistics.
• Crisp writing and disciplined CRM hygiene.
• Comfort with the ambiguity and pace of a founding GTM seat.

• Experience selling to founders and COOs of consumer brands.
• A track record with products priced on operational value, not seats.
• Familiarity with the fashion or CPG supply chain.
