RedLion Wireless Sales Associate- Gateway - Brooklyn

Who We Are We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications - a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

• Sales & Product Knowledge:
  Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively. Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services. Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages. Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
  
  Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

  Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience. Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty. Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
• Team & Organizational Success:
  Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture. Must be able to proactively approach shoppers in a retail sales environment, upsell and cross-sell effectively, clearly explain plans and promotions, and build repeat-customer relationships.
• General Requirements:
  Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius and have reliable transportation. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons is preferred;
  
  experience in wireless/mobile sales, cable or internet sales, big-box retail sales, or other commission-based in-store sales, and experience working to sales quotas or commission targets in a retail setting, are strongly preferred. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Pay: $20/hour + monthly commission

Total Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance
