Know your neighborhood. Open doors for local shops. Join 10 WODI Field Agents growing our NYC network—with $20.40/hour base pay, a self-managed schedule, and $100 bonuses for each shop onboarded beyond two per day.

Your next great opportunity could start with a conversation at a neighborhood shop. We are hiring 10 New York-based WODI Field Agents to bring local businesses into the WODI Agents Network, with a focus on Harlem, the Upper East Side, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. You will meet shop owners, listen to their needs, explain our network, and guide interested businesses through onboarding.

• Meet your monthly shop-onboarding targets through consistent outreach, strong relationships, and reliable follow-through.
• Help shop owners understand the WODI Agents Network and complete the required onboarding steps accurately.
• Build a strong local pipeline across Harlem, the Upper East Side, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.
• Earn merchants’ trust through clear explanations, respectful service, and dependable handoffs to our team.

• Visit neighborhood shops, introduce WODI, and start conversations with owners and decision-makers.
• Explain the WODI Agents Network using approved materials and help each shop understand the opportunity and onboarding requirements.
• Guide interested shops through the application and required documentation, coordinating with our team on reviews and next steps.
• Plan your own field schedule, routes, and follow-ups to meet your monthly targets.
• Keep accurate records of visits, interested shops, onboarding progress, and follow-up commitments.
• Share shop owners’ questions and feedback so we can improve our onboarding experience.
• Protect merchant information and follow WODI’s onboarding and data-handling procedures.

• Be located in New York and available for regular in-person shop visits across our priority NYC neighborhoods.
• Be available to start November 1, 2026 and complete one week of training.
• Enjoy meeting people, listening carefully, and building trust with local business owners.
• Communicate clearly, explain new ideas simply, and follow up professionally.
• Organize your own schedule and stay accountable for monthly targets.
• Be comfortable learning our onboarding tools and maintaining accurate digital records.

• Experience building relationships with diaspora communities, neighborhood businesses, or community organizations. We value cultural understanding, local knowledge, and the ability to connect across backgrounds.
• Experience in field sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, merchant outreach, or community organizing.
• Multilingual communication skills that help you connect with NYC shop owners.
• Existing relationships with shops in Harlem, the Upper East Side, Brooklyn, or the Bronx.

Our base pay is $20.40 per hour, 20% above NYC’s 2026 minimum wage. In addition, you earn a $100 bonus for each store onboarded beyond the daily threshold of two shops: three shops in one day earns a $100 bonus; four earns $200, on top of hourly pay. Agents able to onboard more than three shops per day have access to a WODI car for field work.

Our top two performing agents will each be provided a Range Rover SUV or similar company vehicle. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and especially value experience working with diaspora communities. Your relationships, initiative, and follow-through can make a difference here.
