• Review GMP data generated by testing personnel for compliance with governing procedures.
• Review logbook entries for completeness and correctness.
• Confirm chain of custody integrity for tested samples.
• Review audit trails to confirm adherence to actions and timelines outlined in procedures.
• Communicate promptly with testing personnel to address annotations or corrections needed for compliance.
• Use GDP to record activities in logbooks, laboratory notebooks, and electronic systems.
• Perform laboratory safety and compliance walkthroughs with documentation of observations.
• Complete all safety and procedural trainings and re‑training.

• Personnel management and development.
• Manage and coordinate the team's workload.
• Manage cross‑training and capacity for the team.
• Monitor and report all productivity and quality metrics.
• Communicate proactively with client and customer teams.
• Complete routine laboratory safety walkthroughs and employee compliance checks.
• Participate in the hiring process and onboarding/training of new hires.
• Deliver training for new hires and other department employees.
• Participate in overtime and weekend scheduling as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
• 2 years of cGMP experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with HPLC/UPLC and UV‑Vis spectrometer instrumentation.
• Experience processing quantitative liquid chromatography data.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong integrity and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn new processes, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

• 10‑15 minute phone interview with Region Recruiter
• 45‑60 minute virtual interview with Manager and/or Group Leader

Position is Full Time, Monday‑Friday, First Shift, Monday through Friday from 8 am‑4 pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, New York are encouraged to apply.
