Job Description Data Review Responsibilities- Review GMP data generated by testing personnel for compliance with governing procedures.
- Review logbook entries for completeness and correctness.
- Confirm chain of custody integrity for tested samples.
- Review audit trails to confirm adherence to actions and timelines outlined in procedures.
- Communicate promptly with testing personnel to address annotations or corrections needed for compliance.
- Use GDP to record activities in logbooks, laboratory notebooks, and electronic systems.
- Perform laboratory safety and compliance walkthroughs with documentation of observations.
- Complete all safety and procedural trainings and re‑training.
- Personnel management and development.
- Manage and coordinate the team's workload.
- Manage cross‑training and capacity for the team.
- Monitor and report all productivity and quality metrics.
- Communicate proactively with client and customer teams.
- Complete routine laboratory safety walkthroughs and employee compliance checks.
- Participate in the hiring process and onboarding/training of new hires.
- Deliver training for new hires and other department employees.
- Participate in overtime and weekend scheduling as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
- 2 years of cGMP experience.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
- Experience with HPLC/UPLC and UV‑Vis spectrometer instrumentation.
- Experience processing quantitative liquid chromatography data.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and attention to detail.
- Strong integrity and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new processes, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- 10‑15 minute phone interview with Region Recruiter
- 45‑60 minute virtual interview with Manager and/or Group Leader
Position is Full Time, Monday‑Friday, First Shift, Monday through Friday from 8 am‑4 pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, New York are encouraged to apply.
