• Cell Culture & Bioprocessing
  • Conduct lab‑scale cell culture studies (shake flask → fed‑batch bioreactor → harvest)
  • Support characterization of cell banks and manufacturing processes
• Purification & Inactivation
  • Perform affinity chromatography and viral inactivation for cell culture activities
• Cell Banking
  • Execute cGLP cell banking for research use
• Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze large datasets statistically
  • Draft technical reports for commercial filings
  • Present technical topics in cross‑functional meetings
• Collaboration & Support
  • Coordinate lab schedules with broader scientific teams
  • Provide technical support to Manufacturing for troubleshooting and process improvements
• Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and drive scientific or business improvement initiatives
• Technical Expertise
  • Understand antibody manufacturing processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry or Biochemistry preferred)
• Experience:
  
  Strong cell culture skills and demonstrated competence
• Work Authorization:
  Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship
• Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY are encouraged to apply.

• This position is Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Training will take place on a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule.
• Pay: $21.50 – $22.50 per hour.
