IQVIA Laboratories is building a pipeline of experienced scientific leaders to support current and future opportunities within our Bioanalysis teams. We are interested in connecting with professionals who bring expertise in LC-MS/MS, bioanalytical method development, laboratory operations, instrumentation, metrology, and scientific team leadership.

• Lead and develop high-performing scientific and technical laboratory teams
• Drive bioanalytical method development, assay development, and laboratory innovation initiatives
• Provide technical leadership for LC-MS/MS and other advanced analytical technologies
• Oversee laboratory instrumentation, equipment lifecycle activities, qualification programs, and operational readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve scientific, quality, and business objectives
• Champion continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance initiatives
• Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline required
• 9 years of related experience in method or assay development or specific methodology area OR 7 years experience in a laboratory environment
• Demonstrated expertise in LC-MS/MS technologies, bioanalytical method development, laboratory operational management, and analytical problem solving, in regulated bioanalysis
• Experience leading laboratory instrumentation, metrology, equipment qualification, calibration, or maintenance programs
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop scientific teams
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills
• Experience driving quality, compliance, operational excellence, and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environment
• Strong scientific judgment and technical decision-making capabilities

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $92,200.00 - $.
