As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus on customer service while working with visitors on all shifts in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

- Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
- Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Answer questions in person or by phone.
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
- New York Security License required.
- Driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
