The Whitestone Group Inc. is an industry leading security company providing services to the U.S. Government with an international presence. The company is currently seeking to hire a Security Personnel Specialist Administrator for a federal contract.

• Proficiency:
  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Environment:
  Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, focusing on timely monitoring, reporting, and coordination during emergencies.
• Communication:
  Strong ability to provide clear, precise, timely, oral and written reports to leadership under pressure.
• Multitasking:
  Adept at managing multiple tasks in an Emergency Operations Center, with the ability to quickly synthesize information and provide concise updates to company and government leadership at a moment’s notice.

• On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided for systems such as Lenel/HID Safe, Milestone, and Alert Emergency Notification System.
• Must be able to produce incident reports within 1 hour on duty days and provide 10-minute call notifications to appropriate leaders.
• Some Emergency Management Training is desirable but not required.
• Individuals will have experience in physical security and must have the ability to pass a fitness test and pass regular notice and no-notice drug testing.

• Background Check:
  Tier 4 background adjudication will be required.
• Interview Process:
  Pre-screened Candidates will be interviewed by company and government leadership.
• Work Flexibility:
  Full time position with variable start/stop times contingent on situation. While primary location will be M-F at a Washington DC facility; individuals selected for this position will need the flexibility to work weekends, overnights, and at various emergency locations throughout DC, Virginia, and Maryland. This position will have most government holidays off based on threat level or major events.
