Under the direction of the Account Supervisor, the Area Supervisor is responsible for interfacing between management and security professionals on post to ensure operations are functioning effectively and according to post orders and company policies, and supervise that all after hours operations and employee relations issues are addressed in a timely manner.

• Supervise and support security officers across assigned sites.
• Serve as the main contact for officers and building management.
• Conduct site visits (scheduled and unannounced) to ensure quality and compliance.
• Review post orders, logbooks, and overall site operations.
• Coach, train, and, when necessary, discipline officers.
• Respond to security or emergency incidents and complete incident reports.
• Provide coverage and meal breaks when needed.
• Communicate with dispatchers and management regarding field needs.

• 3+ years of security experience (Supervisor, Lead Officer, or FSD preferred).
• Active NYS Security Guard License.
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and visitor management systems.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work independently in the field.

Monday to Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

$24.00 /hour
