As a Security Officer
, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of both guests and team members, while contributing to a secure and peaceful environment throughout the hotel property. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will support our goal of achieving Forbes 5‑Star status by creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere where guests feel  will take pride in providing exemplary service, engaging with guests in a refined and genuine manner, anticipating their needs, and ensuring that their security concerns are handled promptly and discreetly.

• Patrol both the interior and exterior of the hotel property, observing and identifying potential safety and security risks, as well as any undesirable conditions.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property, ensuring a calm and efficient resolution.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices for both team members and guests to maintain a secure environment.
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, ensuring all details are gathered accurately.
• Write detailed reports and ensure the accuracy of necessary documentation, maintaining thorough records.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, always engaging with guests with refinement and a genuine interest in their safety and comfort.
• Anticipate and address guest security needs in a discreet, proactive manner, ensuring a seamless experience.

The rate of pay for this role is $30.30–$40.40 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience.

We are looking for a Security Officer who is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of safety and security while delivering exceptional service aligned with our goal of achieving Forbes 5‑Star recognition. This role requires someone who approaches every guest interaction with refinement, attentiveness, and a genuine sense of interest in ensuring their well‑being.

• Valid FLSD – COF – T89 License is required.
• OSHA General Industry Authorized Trainer certification preferred.
• CLSD (Certified Loss Prevention Specialist) certification preferred.
• CPP (Certified Protection Professional) certification preferred.
• A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify potential security risks and safety hazards quickly and accurately.
• A proactive, vigilant approach to maintaining a secure environment while still delivering friendly and professional guest service.
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring a safe outcome.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both guests and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
