• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security‑related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and students while on patrol to support a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits during patrols, helping to maintain authorized access to the location.
• Document and report all security‑related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal procedures.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
