Location: Manhattan and Brooklyn, New York City

• Monitor and patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of property, employees, and visitors.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting individuals as needed.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Document incidents and complete detailed reports promptly and accurately.
• Remain vigilant and proactive in identifying potential security risks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience (prior military experience highly encouraged).
• Valid New York State Security Guard License (must not expire within the next 90 days).
• Valid State .
• Valid FDNY F-04 Fire Guard Credential (Required).
• High-level customer service or hospitality experience essential.
• Must have experience in corporate security environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Travel required.
• Day shift, Night shift, Third shift, Weekend shift available.
