Job Description

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Guard for Manhattan, NY. This role focuses on customer service, security patrol, and incident response in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Full‑time weekdays and weekends shifts. Competitive hourly wage of $19.57 / hour and comprehensive benefits package.

• Full‑time shifts—1:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Welcome and verify identity of visitors
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone and write incident reports
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• New York Security License
• FDNY F‑01 or F‑04 required
