Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Physical Security Console Operator to join the dynamic team in our Edgewood, NY production facility. In this role, you will monitor the Closed‑Circuit Television (CCTV) system, access control system, security records, key control, /access badge issuance, physical security of the site, equipment dispatch accountability, electronic inventory accountability, and safety inspections.

The work hours are 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Saturday – Wednesday. This is an on‑site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

• Oversee the physical security of the site, protecting assets and personnel.
• Supervise and control personnel access into the facility.
• Monitor and report event alarms triggered on the access control and CCTV systems, /access badge issues, and maintain the historical log book.
• Respond to, evaluate, and resolve any event alarms received at the console monitoring station.
• Conduct roving patrol inspections of the Broadridge facilities, both external and internal, notifying the proper authority of any issues found, including procedural breaches of security policies.
• Keep the Security Management Team informed of all security matters and issues pertaining to the site and perform additional duties as directed.
• Work 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Saturday – Wednesday, with occasional overtime. Shift may change based on coverage and department needs.
• Travel and perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with other Security and Facility personnel, verbally and in writing.
• Vigilant reporting of any security issues or incidents.
• Knowledge of filing and phone courtesy.
• Basic PC skills: typing, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• CPR certification preferred.

Salary range: $17.00 – $18.00 hourly. Bonus eligible.
