As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for all visitors and tenants. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring access, assisting guests, and responding promptly to security-related incidents or inquiries.
You will help to deter unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence and delivering outstanding customer service in alignment with our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. - Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access control at the location, verifying identification and credentials as needed to help to deter unauthorized entry.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with building management and/or emergency services as required.
- Support the implementation of visitor management procedures, including signing in guests and providing information or directions.
- Communicate professionally with property personnel, tenants, and/or vendors as needed.
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
