Job Title: Door Attendant ( Residential/ House)
Location: New York, NY,10065 (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Month contract
Shifts:
Rotating shifts required
- 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
The Residential Door Attendant will be stationed at an residential property and will be responsible for screening and announcing visitors, assisting residents, and ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and security of the building.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control access to the building lobby
- Screen, announce, and log all visitors and service personnel
- Assist residents with packages, bags, and vehicle entry/exit
- Provide apartment access to authorized residents/family members when required
- Maintain lobby cleanliness (light cleaning, vacuuming, dusting)
- Accept, log, and distribute resident packages and mail
- Maintain accurate logbooks of visitors and incidents
- Monitor building security systems and report issues or emergencies
- Walk building perimeter and report maintenance or security concerns
- Hail taxis and provide directions as requested
Must be reliable and able to work flexible, rotating shifts
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior customer service, security, or front-desk experience is a plus
$21 - $25 / hr
