Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. If you thrive on building meaningful connections, this role requires exceptional customer service skills in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Set schedule – evenings, overnights, weekends required.
• Competitive hourly wage of $24.15/hr (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).

• Provide customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Possess documentation of high school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• New York Security License required.
