Pay Rate: $32.70 / Hour

• Tue – 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Wed – 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Thu – 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Fri – 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Sat – 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned government location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points while remaining alert to unusual activity or potential security‑related concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter criminal activity and provide a sense of security‑related support to employees, visitors, and/or the public.
• Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, local law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Document incidents and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols and site‑specific procedures.
• Carry a firearm in accordance with local laws, regulations, and Allied Universal policies, maintaining control and handling with professionalism at all times.

• Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

• Possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Possess an active Armed Guard Card or License.
• Have at least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
