The Operation Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts, including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by managing security services and related operations for assigned accounts, including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.
• Provide lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work, and coordinating any necessary needs of the site.

• Experience in positions such as Security Operations Manager, Security Site Supervisor, or Security Account Manager is preferred.
