The Asset Protection Coordinator helps maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and store assets. The role supports safety initiatives, investigates incidents, and partners with store leadership to reduce shrink and strengthen operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity.
- Support investigations, respond to alarms, and complete incident and security metric reports.
- Enforce safety and security procedures and execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools.
- Assist with training store teams, develop action plans with management, and connect with local law enforcement.
- At least 1 year of retail or asset protection experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and confidentiality skills.
- Calm and professional approach to safety-related situations, with initiative and accountability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and use surveillance, reporting, and monitoring technologies; CCTV and basic computer skills preferred.
