As a Security Officer Secure Entry Driver in Saratoga Springs, NY
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and patients. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and support security-related response procedures.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare and pharmaceutical location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Screen and direct visitors, vendors, and contractors to appropriate locations while helping to maintain controlled access to restricted areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including access points and perimeter locations, and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
