The Shift/Safety Supervisor is directly responsible for the management and supervision of Safety Monitors on their assigned shift. They monitor all activities to ensure safety in the physical plant and civility among clients, visitors and staff.
Primary responsibilities include supervising Safety Monitors, responding to incidents, reporting child abuse, coordinating with HERO, and training staff on security measures to protect residents and staff in a high-demand shelter environment.
