As an Armed Security Officer - Global Financial Services Firm
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report irregularities or unauthorized access attempts.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and coordinating with emergency responders when needed.
Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
A valid firearms permit is preferred.
An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
