We are looking for an experienced Tile Installer to join our team and contribute to high-quality residential remodels.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Tile Installer with a strong background in setting tile for floors, walls, showers, and back splashes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and takes pride in precision work. This is a 1099 subcontractor position offering steady, year-round projects with a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities- Install tile in bathrooms, kitchens, and other residential spaces
- Prepare and level surfaces, including mortar beds and backer board installation
- Cut and fit tile precisely using proper tools and techniques
- Grout, seal, and finish tile installations to company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members
- Follow company safety and installation guidelines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential tile installation
- Proficient in setting tile for floors, showers, and back splashes
- Knowledge of leveling systems, waterproofing methods, and layout design
- Must have your own truck and professional tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
