Pay Range

Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $35.00/hr valid New York State Driver’s License required.

• Receive, prioritize, and coordinate work orders in alignment with schedules set by management.
• Collaborate with team members to support the operation and maintenance of hospital electrical systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and medical gas alarm systems, electric motors, controllers, and auxiliary electrical devices.
• Conduct annual testing of high-voltage switch gear and feed circuits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Install new wiring and electrical machinery, interpreting blueprints and diagrams to determine layout, location, and specifications.

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus one year of post-secondary education in electrical maintenance or installation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility electrical maintenance, or
• 5 years of progressive experience in the field or journeyman-level status.
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
