Basepay range
$28.00/hr - $33.00/hr

- Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and light construction systems
- Understand the operation of all facility equipment
- Diagnose and resolve building and facility issues efficiently
- Conduct basic manual repairs to ensure facility upkeep
- Maintain the overall functionality and aesthetics of the building
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work independently
- Takes initiative and demonstrates a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
- Professional, personable, and respectful demeanor
- Effective communication and listening skills with the ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
