Field Service Technician

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and other lift truck makes.
• Perform assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Process paperwork after each job completion.
• Welding & fabrication responsibilities.

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Good mechanical and electrical aptitude; knowledge of electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines; ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Good written and verbal communication and customer‑care skills.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Technical degree, prior lift‑truck repair, welding experience, and testing‑equipment knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand service manuals.
• Industry related training.
