In this role, you’ll perform detailed and high-quality finish carpentry and general construction work on luxury residential projects. • Perform expert-level finish carpentry and trim work for luxury homes.
• Frame walls, floors, and ceilings with precision and attention to detail.
• Install and repair drywall, tile, roofing, and sheetrock to high-quality standards.
• Complete interior and exterior painting with excellent finish.
• Conduct masonry and general construction tasks as required.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment on all job sites.
• Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and courtesy at all times.

• 10‑15+ years of experience in residential carpentry and general construction.
• Proven skillset across framing, tile work, drywall, painting, flooring, high-end pocket doors, millwork, and more.
• Detail-oriented and committed to high standards of craftsmanship.
• Reliable, respectful, and self‑motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Monday to Friday - Full-Time

• Job sites primarily located in Manhattan, NY.
• Candidates must be able to commute reliably to job sites in NYC.
