We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various residential and commercial settings. Bonuses are paid based on performance of individual jobs.

• Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats.
• Perform routine maintenance and service on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and comply with local building codes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of services performed and system operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.

• 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role preferred.
• Valid HVAC technician certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
